1. Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original, unworn condition (no scuffs, dirt, or signs of wear)
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return
- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn sneakers in their original box with all packaging materials

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Orders: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
Want a different size or colorway? Here’s how exchanges work:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify your preferred size/color
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (shipping fees may apply)
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- NIKE-RUNNING shoes with removed insoles or signs of wear
- Any sneakers that show visible wear, scuffs, or dirt
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (will be marked as such)
8. Damaged or Defective Items
Received a flawed pair? We’ve got you covered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the defect/damage and your order number
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund
